Plan your day from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

Connect Planzer to your AI assistant and ask it to plan your day, turn a chat into tasks or find a free slot for deep work. It reads your tasks and calendar and makes the changes in Planzer.

Connect in a minute

Pick your assistant, copy the prompt and paste it in. It adds Planzer and asks you to sign in, so no password or key goes into the chat.

Connect Planzer to Claude Code

Paste this prompt into Claude Code. It adds Planzer, then you sign in to Planzer in your browser.

Copy prompt

I want to add Planzer (my daily planner) as an MCP server to Claude Code.

Connection details:
- Server URL: https://api.planzer.io/mcp
- Transport: Streamable HTTP
- Authentication: OAuth. Planzer opens in my browser to sign in, so no API key is needed.
- Server name to use: planzer

Please:
1. Run: claude mcp add --transport http --scope user planzer https://api.planzer.io/mcp
2. Check that it was added: claude mcp list
3. Tell me to type /mcp in Claude Code, choose "planzer" and sign in to Planzer in the browser that opens (and click Allow).

When it's connected, try it by asking what's on my plan today.

Connect Planzer to Claude Desktop

Add Planzer as a custom connector. It works the same in the Claude desktop app and on claude.ai.

Copy server URL

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Name it Planzer and paste this as the remote MCP server URL:
4. Click Add, then Connect. Sign in to Planzer and click Allow Claude.

Connect Planzer to ChatGPT

Add Planzer as a custom connector in ChatGPT. Menu names can differ a little by plan.

Copy server URL

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors. If you don't see a way to add your own, turn on Developer mode under Advanced settings.
2. Create a connector named Planzer with this MCP server URL:
3. Choose OAuth for authentication and save.
4. Sign in to Planzer when asked and click Allow.

Connect Planzer to Codex

Paste this prompt into Codex. It adds Planzer to its config, then you sign in to Planzer in your browser.

Copy prompt

I want to add Planzer (my daily planner) as an MCP server to Codex.

Connection details:
- Server URL: https://api.planzer.io/mcp
- Transport: Streamable HTTP
- Authentication: OAuth. Planzer opens in my browser to sign in, so no API key is needed.
- Server name to use: planzer

Please:
1. Add this to ~/.codex/config.toml (create the file if it doesn't exist, and keep everything else in it):
[mcp_servers.planzer]
url = "https://api.planzer.io/mcp"
2. Run: codex mcp login planzer. It opens my browser to sign in to Planzer (I'll click Allow).
3. If Codex says remote (HTTP) MCP servers have to be turned on first, follow its instructions.
4. Tell me to restart Codex so it loads the Planzer tools.

When it's connected, try it by asking what's on my plan today.

Connect Planzer to Cursor

Paste this prompt into Cursor's agent. It adds Planzer, then you connect it in Cursor's settings.

Copy prompt

I want to add Planzer (my daily planner) as an MCP server to Cursor.

Connection details:
- Server URL: https://api.planzer.io/mcp
- Transport: Streamable HTTP
- Authentication: OAuth. Planzer opens in my browser to sign in, so no API key is needed.
- Server name to use: planzer

Please:
1. Open ~/.cursor/mcp.json (create it if it doesn't exist) and add this inside "mcpServers", keeping the servers that are already there:
"planzer": { "url": "https://api.planzer.io/mcp" }
2. Tell me to open Cursor Settings → MCP, click Connect next to planzer, sign in to Planzer in the browser and click Allow.

When it's connected, try it by asking what's on my plan today.

Connect Planzer to another assistant

For any other assistant or agent that supports MCP. Paste this prompt into it, or set it up yourself.

Copy prompt

I want to add Planzer (my daily planner) as an MCP server to this AI client.

Connection details:
- Server URL: https://api.planzer.io/mcp
- Transport: Streamable HTTP
- Authentication: OAuth. Planzer opens in my browser to sign in, so no API key is needed.
- Server name to use: planzer

Please:
1. Add this MCP server to your configuration, the way this client is set up (a settings screen, a config file or a command).
2. Connect to it. It should open my browser to sign in to Planzer; I'll click Allow.
3. If this client can't sign in with OAuth, tell me: I'll create an API key in Planzer (Settings → Integrations → API keys), and you send it as the header "Authorization: Bearer <key>".

When it's connected, try it by asking what's on my plan today.
